.the prettiest baby album.

….EVER!  is this not the sweetest thing ever!?!  it’s sooo much fun to create custom albums that are oh so cool and timeless.  this particular album was custom designed for a client (who i adore!).  we kept it classic and simple…with several panorama spreads and storyboards included.  the images are the pages…often called a ‘coffee table book’…and it’s covered with the richest platinum colored japanese silk.  the box is amazing in itself with a magnetic clasp.  it’s definitely an oooo and ahhhh piece.  and i had fun in the 5 minutes it was in the studio photographing it’s details!

.sweet baby K.

there’s just something magic about newborns…they’re so tiny and yet so complete!  the littlest sighs and stretches literally send chills up my spine.  little baby K, in all her dainty ways, completely mesmerized me…more than once i just watched in awe as she slept…almost forgetting to take the picture!   🙂  did i mention that i love babies?!?

.model baby.

yes, little E is definitely a model baby!  with her stunning blue eyes and sweet playful smile she really knows how to work the camera.  🙂  last week i got to know little E just a bit…and big brother too (who also melted my heart).  its times like these that i just want to put down the camera and play…but right when i do that they give a little glance and spring a little smile and i MUST capture it on ‘film’!  

by now this little bundle is probably crawling.  just a few short days ago she was rolling and scooting herself all over the place.  i’m guessing she’s already trying to keep up with mister M!!!

.i’m here.

i’m here…really i am!  last week was full of travel and adventure and while i tried to update ya’ll to say i’d be out of town i couldn’t:   i was locked out of my blog!  but now i’m back and have soooo many fun sessions to show!  including a funky-cool wedding in malibu and a tiny little visitor from japan!  i’ll be back with more pictures soon..but for now…look at this happy girl!  i love her tongue–she’s getting ready for her first little teeth!

.mister blue eyes.

meet little man ‘M’.  is he not perfect!?!  those gorgeous, soulful eyes…and those luscious pink lips!  i do believe this mister M is the most mellow, serene little bubba i’ve met.   

and look who’s standing on his own!  (i’m pretty sure that back hand was there to claim the chair…not for support!)  he’s got just a little more time to perfect the art of walking before his new baby arrives!

 

the brightest smile!  and perfect little teeth!  

 

no wonder where he gets he gets his good looks and winning smile!   
this little expression is my favorite!  

and what can be better than a daddy and his little mister?!?  a little mister on big mister’s shoulders!   i LOVE how tiny little M looks against  his daddy’s hands and head.  little boys grow so quickly…and these are my most favorite moments to capture!  happy birthday, little M!
