sometimes life does not make any sense at all…unfair. cruel. completely upside down. i shot this image on such a high yesterday…but today it’s flipped upside down. my cousins brian and aneek lost their baby last night…at 37 weeks. hearts are breaking…
sometimes you just get lucky. like being at the right place…at the right time…with the right people…on the most magnificent morning of all time! last friday morning, around 6:22 (i know the exact minute because i was 7 minutes late) the heavens opened up. seriously, there was lightening, CRAZY thunder, and a downpour of rain. add in two of the most beautiful little girls ever. frolicking on the beach together. finding a feisty old crab and a gazillion sand dollars. it was pure magic. and on top of all that, i happened to bring my camera. like i said, sometimes you just get lucky!

i’m back! can i just tell you how much i miss this little chica? seriously beautiful, completely smart and totally spunky. we had all the pictures we needed in like 30 minutes…but were having so much fun that we continued to romp around the yard and the neighborhood. without further adieu, here are a few more sneak peeks of my little fashionista!
we picked a rose from the garden…and it immediately exploded! so, what did we do? tossed them in the air and had so much fun!
mom wanted to get pictures of this sweet toothless smile. what a great idea…it’s priceless!
this dandelion picture is probably one of my favorite…so serene. and i adore miss M’s profile.
american dolls are sooo fun! check out these matching outfits! i have to say, though, the doll had her front teeth… 🙂

oh, i’m preparing some DARLING sneak peaks right now! but to hold you over, here are a couple of images of a modern flush mount album (also called a digital album or a coffee table book). i love these as each spread can feature multiple pictures….it’s really your own custom storybook! these are WAY cool!
(uggs and a bohemian skirt…it doesn’t get much better than that! and those eyes…i swear they are for real!)

just a quick note: as of yesterday there were just two spaces left available for the mini sessions at hopskotch kids!
