.brrrrr beach sessions. lisa maksoudian, santa barbara kids photographer

i’ve been getting so many requests for beach sessions lately that i just wanted to put the word out: brrrr…it’s too cold still!

beach sessions are available between june and september and dates go quickly! summer 2009 is nearly full and all weekend dates have been booked.  if you’re interested in a week day beach session, just send me an email.  🙂

ah!  did you think i would actually post these gorgeous girls and not write a bit about them?   never underestimate the Type-A personality!!!  🙂  i’m just now able to spend a bit more time at my desk and have written this post a dozen times in my head.  first, i have to say, miss M & miss S are not only the sweetest sisters, they are true BFFs.  if not for their age difference i’d have thought they were fraternal twins with that deep unexplainable connection.  they are silly.  they’re serene.  running and jumping, hugging and kissing.  and never a riff between them!  i was only sad that they didn’t want to sing for me because i hear they live in a musical world!  i’m crossing my fingers for next time…

.guess who came to visit.

hello, dear friends!

i’m sorry my Easter post was so cryptic…just a picture without a word!  somehow i managed to mess with the muscles in my back and i was literally incapacitated for several days with back spasms.  never again will i mock my husband for the leg cramps he gets in the middle of the night, because…WOW!  it was intense!

i do hope everyone had a wonderful Easter holiday…that you were with family and friends…and that much chocolate was to be found!  with the help of large doses of Motrin, i was able to enjoy 2 egg hunts, some ATVing (spectating, of course), and the sweet sincerity of my kiddos as they put the real meaning of Easter into their own words.  it doesn’t get better than that.  🙂

love,

L
